  • Do you provide any discounts?
  • Very aggressive discounts are provided depending on the total price of the order. Please see [Pricing] for a full explanation.

  • How come shipping charges are not listed for each item?
  • Shipping charges vary greatly depending on the size of the order and the destination of the shipment. For a full explanation please see [Shipping].

  • Can installation and design services be provided?
  • We have a very experienced in house store planning department. Fixture design and drawings, store fixture floorplan layout and elevation renderings are all support services available to assist in the design process. Please see [Services] for more information.

  • What types of materials are available?

    The main choices of materials are hardwoods, plywoods, melamines, and fiberboards (medium density), or a combination of materials.

    • Hardwoods are maple, ash, and oak.
    • Plywoods are birch, maple, ash, and oak.
    • High Pressure Laminates and Solid Surfaces are used for counter tops.

  • What about color choice?

    All products can be stained one of our standard or premium finishes or painted to meet specific color needs. All of our stains, paints and lacquers are water based. Please see [Finishes] for more information.

  • What is the lead time for product delivery?

    Lead times may vary depending upon size of the order, color choice, or design changes. Most items are shipped in 4-6 weeks.

  • Are any items in stock and available for immediate shipment?

    We do have some items that are available for immediate shipment.

  • Are your products all standard dimensions or can I get specific sizing?

    All our products are made to order, other than some stock items. Most all individual sizing needs can be accommodated.

  • What about shipping and shipping charges?

    • Most items are shipped "FOB (Freight On Board) Origin" from our plant. (The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.) UPS can be used for some items. We have favorable shipping rates with some carriers.

    • Most items are shipped KD (knocked down) to save on transportation costs, minimize freight damages, and make storage easier.

  • What kind of payment terms do you have?

    We accept Visa\MasterCard, checks, or money orders. Terms can be arranged for approved credit customers.
